Toronto Police Service Officer is Impacting Young Lives; the “Real Face of Policing”

For Immediate Release: June 13, 2013

(Toronto, ON) – The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is pleased to announce that Toronto Police Service Constable Cheryl Tomlinson-Thompson is the winner of the 2013 OACP School Resource Officer Award of Excellence.  This award recognizes an outstanding police officer who works as a School Resources Officer (SRO) and has made an outstanding contribution to making her school, students, staff and community safer.
