On behalf of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police, the FOIPN (Freedom of Information Police Network), is facilitating a three-day Workshop for Police Freedom of Information Co-ordinators, Analysts and Clerks on April 20-22, 2009, at the Cartier Place Suite Hotel, 180 Cooper Street, Ottawa, ON.

Day One will be a Beginner Course. Days Two and Three will provide hands-on case studies, a Regional Meeting, and special guest speakers, including members of the Police Legal Advisors Committee.

 

Registration is limited to 35 registrants for the Beginner Course and 50 registrants per day on Days Two and Three. Preferred registration for the Beginner Course will be given to those new to FOI. Registration will close April 3, 2009.
