Information for Registered Participants:

 

A - For those arriving on Sunday April 29th, an early registration will be held on the Main Level of the Hotel between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm down the hall to the right of the main hotel registration desk. Follow Signs.

B – For those arriving Monday morning April 30th, registration will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. just outside the main presentation area, Salon A, B, C, on the Lower Level. Follow Signs.

Note: Lunch is not provided on Monday, however there are many locations nearby.

Start Time: Monday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m. in Salon A, B, C, on the Lower Level of the Hotel. Signs will be posted. The Opening Ceremonies will commence exactly at 1:00 pm so please do not be late. The first afternoon session will commence after the Opening Ceremonies.

Note – There will be media present for the opening ceremonies.

Workshop Sessions: Tuesday through Thursday sessions will commence at 8:30 a.m. in Salon A, B, C, and finish up around 4:30 p.m. with the appropriate breaks. Note Friday’s session will commence at 8:30 a.m. and conclude by Noon. A late checkout for 1:00 p.m. has been requested.
